With 9 plant locations spanning Ohio, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, and beyond, V&S serves as a critical link in the industrial supply chain, giving structural steel a longer service life through zinc coating. Their work supports infrastructure, construction, and manufacturing projects nationwide.
V&S Galvanizing needed a website and digital presence that could keep pace with a company operating across 9 plant locations, each with its own service area, capabilities, and local search visibility to manage. Their previous digital footprint wasn't set up to generate leads, rank locally across every plant, or position the company as an authority as AI tools increasingly became part of how buyers and specifiers research vendors. V&S came to DTi Creative looking for a modern website and a full digital strategy that could grow inquiries, strengthen visibility in traditional search, and get ahead of a fast-changing landscape where AI answer engines were starting to influence purchasing decisions.

DTi Creative designed and built a new website for V&S Galvanizing on Webflow, launched July 18, 2025. The site needed to clearly communicate a technical, multi-location service across very different audiences — engineers, fabricators, and procurement teams — while making it simple to find the right plant and start a conversation. In the roughly ten months since launch, the results have been substantial: the site has generated 64,869 total sessions, 56,343 users, and 106,738 pageviews, with an average month-over-month growth rate of 28%. That momentum has continued to build rather than plateau — April 2026 was the highest-traffic month yet, with 15,629 sessions in a single month.
The website was also built to convert. Since launch, it has generated 4,689 form starts and 2,164 completed form submissions, a 46% completion rate, each one a sales-ready inquiry landing directly in V&S's pipeline. Organic search remains the dominant channel driving that traffic, a sign that the site's SEO foundation and content are doing real work to bring in qualified visitors rather than relying on paid traffic to fill the funnel.
Alongside the new website, DTi Creative built out a technical and content-driven SEO strategy tailored to the hot-dip galvanizing industry, including on-page optimization and a library of technical galvanizing blog content designed to answer the real questions buyers and specifiers are searching for. That strategy has translated into strong keyword performance: V&S now ranks #1 on 37 of 46 tracked industry keywords, and holds a top-3 position on 40 of the 46. For a company competing against larger, more established players, that level of visibility in organic search has become a durable source of qualified traffic and inquiries.
As AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity have become part of how buyers research vendors, DTi Creative built an Answer Engine Optimization strategy to make sure V&S Galvanizing shows up — and gets cited — in those conversations. Using structured content and LLMRefs AI citation tracking, DTi positioned V&S to be a trusted source of information for AI engines answering questions about hot-dip galvanizing.
The results have made V&S the clear leader in its industry's AI visibility. V&S now holds the #1 AI Share of Voice in hot-dip galvanizing, with 321 share-of-voice points compared to 215 for AZZ, 204 for AGA, and 188 for Valmont — a 49% lead over the nearest competitor. The site has earned 312 total AI citations across 9 AI engines, including ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Copilot, and Grok, and those citations are translating into real traffic: 319 direct AI referral sessions to the website, led by ChatGPT (249), Copilot (26), Perplexity (14), and Gemini (13). Third-party tools back up the trend, with Hall.ai scoring V&S's AI visibility between 81–85 across all major platforms and Cited.ai scoring the site at 84.
Managing local search presence for a company with 9 separate plant locations requires more than a single Google Business Profile — it requires a coordinated strategy across every market V&S serves. DTi Creative manages all 9 GBP locations using LocalRank360, tracking rank movement and lead activity at each plant individually. In a recent ~40-day reporting window, those profiles combined for 7,963 total views.
The location-level results tell the story best. In Perth Amboy, NJ, the GBP has driven 3,306 lifetime lead actions, with phone calls up 40% between January and May 2026 alone. Columbus, OH has generated 3,770 lifetime lead actions. Across the board, LocalRank360 heatmap tracking shows measurable rank gains at every V&S location, reflecting a local SEO strategy that's working plant by plant, not just at the brand level.
